Account Deletion Guide

Learn how to request or execute complete deletion of your account and data.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account permanently removes your user profile, active subscriptions, uploaded files, stored AI run history, and referral records. Growth events and feedback are kept only after user and email fields are removed.

Option 1: Self-Service Deletion via Dashboard

  1. Sign in to your account at Login.
  2. Navigate to Dashboard -> Account Settings.
  3. Click on Delete Account & Erasure Request.
  4. Confirm your password to permanently delete all records.

Option 2: Contact Support

If you cannot access your dashboard, use the contact page and submit an account erasure request from your registered email address.
