账号注销说明
了解如何申请或自行彻底注销您的账号与相关数据。
账号注销为不可逆操作，注销后数据将无法恢复。
Deleting your account permanently removes your user profile, active subscriptions, uploaded files, stored AI run history, and referral records. Growth events and feedback are kept only after user and email fields are removed.
Option 1: Self-Service Deletion via Dashboard
- Sign in to your account at Login.
- Navigate to Dashboard -> Account Settings.
- Click on Delete Account & Erasure Request.
- Confirm your password to permanently delete all records.
Option 2: Contact Support
If you cannot access your dashboard, use the contact page and submit an account erasure request from your registered email address.
